Feral parrots

I live somewhere a sizable flock of parrots that are not indigenous frequent. The urban legend varies. One story is that they were originally in a pet store that caught fire and they were released so that they didn't die. Another story is that they are escaped pets that found each and reproduced over time.

Over the 16 years I have lived in this neighborhood it has gone from just a couple to a couple dozen. They are beautiful and it is wonderful to see them.

They seem to seek out certain things to eat. One is the buds on an over ground evergreen bush.

My question is what can I plant/buy to attract them to my yard?
